Auburn PD: Notasulga teen charged with breaking and entering | Crime

On Wednesday, November 7, 2012 the Auburn Police Division arrested Antonio K. Avery, age 18, of Notasulga, Alabama, on warrants charging him with Unlawful Breaking and Entering a Vehicle and Theft of Property 3rd Degree.  His arrest stems from the investigation of a police report filed this same date in which the victim stated that someone entered her vehicle while it was parked in the 1100 block of Wire Road and stole the car radio.  Avery was transported to the Lee County Detention Center where his bond was set at $4,000.
